Refunds and cancellations

The short version

Before your assessment, you can have every rupee back for any reason. After your assessment, you cannot, because by then the work has been done. There is one line and this page is about being clear where it falls.

The consultation

The consultation is free and nothing is charged through this website. Cancelling or rescheduling it costs nothing, and you can do it by replying to the same WhatsApp chat you booked it in.

Before the assessment

If you have paid and then change your mind at any point before the deep assessment has taken place, you receive all of it back. No reason is needed and none will be asked for. Write to the address below and the refund is returned the way the payment came, within seven working days.

After the assessment

The assessment and the plan built from it are the work. They are not a deposit against future sessions: they are hours of Ikram reading your history, your bloods, your schedule and your training, and then writing something that exists only for you. Once the assessment has taken place, fees for the agreed term are not refundable, whether or not you go on to follow the plan.

This is the strictest term on this page, so it is the one said earliest: it is put to you in writing, before you pay, at the consultation. If it is not something you want to agree to, the right time to say so is then, and saying so costs you nothing.

Pausing, which is usually the real answer

Illness, injury, surgery, a work crisis, a bereavement, travel. These happen inside a term and they are not a reason to lose it. Coaching can be paused for up to four weeks in a term and picked up where it stopped, with the plan rebuilt around where your body actually is by then rather than where it was.

Ask before the pause rather than after, so the time is held for you. If four weeks is not going to be enough, say so anyway; that is a conversation, not a refusal.

If Fitoholix cancels

If Ikram cannot deliver coaching you have paid for, you are refunded for the part not delivered, in full, without conditions and without being asked to accept credit instead.

How to ask

Write to ikramansari@gmail.com, or say it in the WhatsApp chat you already have with Ikram. Either is enough and neither needs a form. Refunds go back the way the payment came, within seven working days of being agreed.

Your rights

Nothing on this page takes away a right you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or any other law that applies to you. Where this page and the law disagree, the law wins.
